It’s been 10 days since I’ve had gluten and I’m not gonna lie to you: it’s been hard. I love – and I mean love – to eat. I went to culinary school, guys. I like my food. So it’s been really tough for me to give up gluten, since it’s in almost everything I like. (Living in NC + going out to eat gluten-free = no fried pickles. What’s the point of living in NC if you can’t eat fried pickles??) And don’t even get me started on giving up beer. It’s pumpkin beer season, you guys. WORST. TIMING. EVER.  Continue reading


Random Acts Revolution | Boston


In February of 2014, three friends came together to make the lives of others a little brighter. Shaun, Kevin and Jim (ages 19-24) decided to start a pay-it-forward type, Boston-based non-profit group. They named it Random Acts Revolution, made a Facebook page, and began recording Youtube videos in order to inspire others to join their efforts.
