I just can’t tell you enough how much I love the skincare products at The Body Shop. As someone who has struggled with excessively oily skin for years, I’ve never had such amazing results with any other products as I have with The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Oil and Seaweed lines. In fact, the only skincare products that I consistently use and re-purchase are from TBS, so I couldn’t resist when I found out that they were having a Buy 3, Get 3 Free sale.

Here’s a look at the current promotions going on at The Body Shop.

I got a pretty serious haul this time around. Here’s what I ordered:

Nutriganics Drops of Youth

Last time I ordered from The Body Shop, I chose Nutriganics Drops of Youth as my free sample. I finally got around to testing it out a few nights ago and OH MY GOD. My skin has literally never felt smoother. It was like my face was replaced with a baby’s ass, but less creepy. I know I’m only 25, so using anti-aging products may seem a bit premature, but tell that to the lines under my eyes. I’m excited to see what this guy can do with continued use.

I’ve read so many rave reviews about this that I just had to give it a shot. This product is said to brighten skin, encourage collagen production, improve elasticity, and soften skin. Now that I’ve got the oil troubles at bay, I’m ready to tackle the dull skin factor. Has anyone tried this before? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

$27 / 1 fl. oz

Now that I’m completely in love with The Body Shop’s Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream, it was time to find a great night cream to add to the mix. This little guy is also supposed to help with fine lines (I’m lookin’ at you, under eye area), elasticity, and skin tone/texture. Some days, I really give my skin a run for its money with all of the makeup I wear. So, I love the idea of really pampering my skin at night to make up for it.

$25 / 1.69 fl. oz

I have an eye cream right now that I got from a recent Birchbox, and while I enjoy it, it’s not a total home run. I decided to give this a shot because it’s a gel-crème, so it has the benefits of a cream with the cooling effect of a gel. Lately, I’ve been waking up with kind of dark circles under my eyes, so I bet this will feel great first thing in the morning!

This is now the second time I’ve ordered this toner and I love it. I don’t think I’ll be replacing this anytime soon, or maybe ever. It controls my oil like nothing else I’ve tried. I’ve read reviews where it’s too harsh for some, but I don’t really have sensitive skin, so it’s been totally fine for me. I highly recommend this for those with oily skin! It’s a godsend.

As I mentioned above, I love the Seaweed line at TBS. So, I’m very excited to give this a shot. Along with oily skin comes some pretty giant pores on my nose and cheeks. I’ve tried a ton of products that claim to minimize them and nothing ever has. I can’t say I’m really holding my breath that this one will either, but it has some pretty killer reviews on The Body Shop’s website. So, only time will tell!

TBSThe Body Shop Rewards Card

Now that I’m fully addicted to TBS skincare products, I figured it’s time to sign up for their rewards card. When you sign up, you get 10% off all qualifying purchases (including the one in which you order the card). It’s $10 to sign up, but since I ordered so much (oops), the 10% discount ended up basically paying for the cost of the card.

All added up, my order would have come to $148, but since I got 3 free products, the total was only $89 (before taxes). Taxes included, I was looking at a $95 purchase. Eeeeeep, right? I know it’s pricey, but I saved over $50 and now I’m all stocked up for months to come!

If you’re on the market for some new skincare products, I seriously encourage you to take advantage of this sale and give The Body Shop a try. It’s made a drastic change in my skin already and I can wait to add these new products to my routine!
